Eleven PM!

My goal for the next several weeks is to try and stay awake until, at least, 11pm.  Right now, as soon as I put Thomas down for the night, I jump into bed and am immediately asleep. It doesn’t matter if it is 8pm or 9pm.

In order to keep up with my blog and other research that I need to do, 8pm-11pm would be the ideal time to do this. It is quiet in the house and I have time all to myself.

Lack of exercise is one reason why I have less energy and I cannot blame anyone but myself for that. I try to substitute my getting up and down from the floor with Thomas as my exercise for the day. But I need to increase my cardio and at least break a sweat.  I’ll get there!

Also, taking my vitamins is key to everything I do. I am currently (consistently) taking One A Day Women’s Active Mind and Body on a daily basis. This really does help. One vitamin also contains as much caffeine as in one cup of coffee. There is also a complex of vitamin B in each caplet.

Be sure to go to the link to read all about it and ALWAYS consult your physician before starting new things.
