A Light Dinner For Summer Time!

Since I have had my kitchen partially redone, I am eager to cook. One of the things I love to make are delicious and beautiful salads.

This is just one of my creations which is a mix between Thai and Mexican!

Beef flank or cubes
Jasmine rice
Fresh spinach
Fresh pico de gallo
Sesame Oil
Garlic salt and pepper
Chili paste

Season beef flank or cubes with garlic salt and pepper

Heat skillet on Medium heat and add sesame oil

Brown beef  to desired wellness (I like medium-well)

Prepare jasmine rice (or can use basamati rice) for a flavorul and aromatic dish

Line the bottom of your serving dish with a bed of fresh spinach

Add rice and beef to the middle of your spinach

Sprinkle with cilantro and squeeze lime juice in salad

If desired: you can add pico de gallo or chili paste for that extra FLAVOR!!
