Meditation Monday!

Create your own sanctuary for meditation. Dedicate 10-15 minutes out of each day to meditate on God and how you will implement his Word into action for the day. You may wake up 15 minutes earlier to sit with Him and a cup of juice or coffee. You may listen to Bible on CD or an inspirational song on your way to work. You may take a morning walk and reflect on how you can better your life through the Word. Meditation can take place any time of the day. I suggest first thing in the morning because we should be grateful for being given another day and want God to be the first thing on our minds.  By doing so, when obstacles come against us during the day, we can reflect on what we learned that morning. Make meditation an integral part of your daily living.
