Pico De Gallo For The Week!

If you are a fan of my blog, then you know that I am a huge fan of pico de gallo. I made a big batch this past week and decided to share with you (in pictures) the many ways you can eat this fabulous concoction.


Your standard pico with hint of lime tortilla chips


Great topping for your hotdog lunch


Don’t want to slice up tomato and lettuce for your sandwich? Tadah!


I really wanted a salad to go along with my peppercorn tenderloin and backed potato, but was too tired. The next best thing…tomato, onion, and cilantro salad as a side.


For breakfast on top of an english muffin with scrambled cheese eggs.


How do you eat your pico de gallo???
