What do you think about meditating on one issue/goal each week? I think this will be helpful when we are able to focus all of our positive energy into better ourselves on step at a time. For example..this week’s meditation could be for “better handling stress”. Use each day of the week to “actively” work on becoming better in this area. Share you goal with a friend in order to have an accountability partner.
At the end of the week, celebrate your accomplishments in a small but significant way (i.e. getting an ice cream cone, purchasing a new book or journal, etc.). Small steps are the best way to BIG accomplishments!!!
