1. Fever greater than 100.4 or higher in a baby< 3 months, higher than 101 in a baby 3-6 months, and >103 in baby 6 months to 2 years.

2. Fever that doesn’t go away with treatment

3. Fever with stiff neck and/or headache

4. A mole that is new or changing

5.Headache with vomiting during the night

6. Stomach pains on lower right side or that is sudden, crampy and comes and goes

7.Dry mouth, lips, decreased urination, dry skin and flat fontanelle

8. Blueness or discoloration around mouth and labored breathing

9. Swollen tongue, lips or eyes

10. A fall when child is less than 6 months with confusion or loss of consciousness

11. A cut that is deep and does not stop bleeding within a few minutes of applied pressure

12. Rash that resembles a bullseye
