A DIVAS Luncheon and Table Centerpiece Ideas!

This past weekend, the Women’s Ministry at our church hosted a DIVAS Luncheon and program. This program was meant to inform women on how to become a true DIVA in the positive sense of the word and for the glory of God. The word DIVA has gotten a bad wrap in today’s society because it means a person who is full of ego, high maintenance, and hard to get along with.

But a true DIVA knows her worth, knows who she is and whose she is, she makes an entrance in a room and always leaves a bit of herself, wisdom, or an encouraging word when she exits a room. She is robust in her talents and gifts and freely gives of herself. She is meek (has controlled power) and kind. She takes care of herself and her family. She prioritizes her time with the Lord in order to make sure she is on the right path to living her greatest and best destiny.

We also had team captains who were responsible for inviting guests and decorating their tables with shoe box centerpieces. Our captains showed up and show out with their table centerpieces and I wanted to share them with you in case your church would like to do the same.

We shared hugs, laughs, recipes and experiences with one another on this special occasion. I hope that this luncheon gives you ideas for your next engagement.
