Using Pinterest To Your Advantage! {The Series}

I am in love with Pinterest and I believe that the website is a great way to find any type of craft, fashion, home design, or food idea that can help you live life more efficiently. That is what we are all about here on my blog…LIVING AN ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT LIFE!

The key to Pinterest is…….not only browsing and “pinning”  ideas you love, but in order to get the most out of it, you must IMPLEMENT those ideas. And that is exactly what I do.

Over the next several months, I will be sharing with you some finds from Pinterest that have helped me live better.

This month I started to make my own breakfast smoothies that I found on Pinterest.

The great part about it is that you can go directly to the site where the idea originated from to get the details of what you need to do to implement your idea.

This is super easy and fast for taking with you to work. I bought a gigantic bag of frozen mixed fruits from Walmart and separated it into sandwich bags to keep in the freezer. My bag contained strawberries, peaches, pineapples and mangos. If you like other fruits (bananas, berries, etc), you can buy those too and add to your bag.

I also bought a single serve blender that wouldn’t take up to much counter space and would be easy to clean.

Next, all I do is add almond milk (I chose this because I didn’t want to add sugar to my smoothie but you can use any type of milk) and press one pulse button to blend. It takes less than two minutes and you are out the door.

Love, love, love!!! I recommend that you follow me on Pinterest if you want to know more about organization and efficient living.

Stay tuned for more of how I use Pinterest to my advantage during this series and how you can too.
